Bon Voyage!
Love the thread title, Addy!

Ok, we;ve already had 15 views and there's only 3 of us here. I think we need more bottles.
I wish all of the previous threads still existed. Even though we dutifully post links to them when we start a new chapter... there isn't much there in our 'archives'.
We just have to keep creating new memories.

I left breadcrumbs behind so the other adults know where to find us. Unless, of course, I get hungry, which is a distinct possibilty.
Addy, I know.

OMG, Moony - I had that Viewmaster Reel!
G. A. YYYYYYYYYYYYYY!
HIC!
Is she carrying an ax?
Broadway Legend Joined: 12/28/04
No, the dad is carrying it (no less gruesome). He was a woodsman. I know this because I too had this viewmaster reel.

And only a true Adult would remember Viewmaster.
I had images of Sweeney Todd in my head.
The boy looks concerned!
Wouldn't you?
Broadway Legend Joined: 12/28/04
Yeah, one of those evil stepmother scenarios. Never gets old.
I still HAVE my Viewmaster slides!
Broadway Legend Joined: 12/28/04
You DO?!? Do you have the viewmaster, too?
I do! I do!
...I have quite a few childhood treasures packed away in the attic!

I know what I'm getting you for Christmas this year.
Ha! Kaleidoscopes, Viewmasters...

OK, it's time for me to leave and a fierce thunderstorm just burst. Timing.....
Be safe!
I am now reminiscing about my favorite childhood toys. Which is kind of how this whole Adult thread phenomenon got started!
Well, that and a line from A Chorus Line!

One of my favorite childhood memories is afternoons spent painting with these paint sets that had glitter in the paint - and I mean TONS of glitter. Unfortunately, it was not my mother's favorite memory.
I also married my Barbie doll (one of the originals) off to Bambi the deer. Yeah, I know.
