Heat wave in the great Pacific Northwest. My room is 76 degrees right now, and tomorrow is supposed to be warmer. I think we're going to get close to 100 this week, with lows around 70. Ugh. All this without a/c at home. I will be spending a lot of time out of the house.

btw - anyone want to come see Catch Me... with me on Saturday? John is heading to SoCal for family stuff, and I'm left with an extra ticket and no date.

Mornin' everyone.

The party was a smashing success. We have enough food left to throw another one. Literally. The freezer is STILL full.

Afterwards, I went to my friend's party in the USC area (read: somewhat sketchy), and my car started making funny noises. I made it 5 blocks from home at 12:30, involving 4 stalls and a bit of fear. I had the car picked up this morning. Not a good way to start the day.

It's like a sauna out there. And I didn't leave my A/C on today. The house will be like an oven. UGH!
