I don't understand why we have a help desk if they can't help? They are trying to add an application to my computer and they kept crashing it. If the guy told me one more time to "restart" the computer I was going to throw it out of a window. After over an hour on the phone with them they still can't get this application to work. Luckily I got my interent back.
