Morning Adults - taking a "blue sky" day to at least relax a bit and only work a wee bit from home. Even if I go on vacation, it is still a challenge to get through 25 days a years (unless *knock on wood* there is a major illness).

It is absolutely beautiful here in SoCal today.

BTW - anyone have a Palm Pre? I am thinking about getting one.

Yep. It is scary what is in our food, and what we think of as healthy. I have not seen the documentary, but does it get into the pervasive use of high fructose corn syrup?
