I'll be spending time getting back on track here at home. Laundry to catch up, bills to pay, plants to tend to, shopping to do, etc.

I want to see the new Potter flick, but there's no way we're braving the weekend hordes. We'll see it during the week at a matinee.

There was a special on last night, 'A Year In The Life' J. K. Rowling. Not sure if the BBC version was longer, but it gave us some background on her childhood, some stuff I hadn't known before, and also gave us an idea of how some of the ideas in the books were born.

I am usually at the Potter flicks the night they open, but this one opened on a Wednesday, and all the others opened on Fridays. I am definitely planning to get there next week.

I have to stay at my Mom's for recovery, and she doesn't own a TV.

That's true? How is the recovery going? Perhaps we can figure out a movie or DVD this weekend. I got the Chess DVD and have not watched it yet.

I mean, I COULD stay at my Dad's, but I can't drive yet, nor "reach" for anything for another week or so. He's not exactly helpful.
