I got back to the hotel @ 10:00 (I walked from 101th!!!), took a shower, then watched some TV. Turned off the lights and.....

....couldn't fall asleep. Then I got worried about not falling to sleep, which made me REALLY not fall asleep. I think I dozed off around 3:00am. i need a nap before Cake Boss.

I have to watch Cake Boss. I was not happy with my Sacher. The ganache was good, but the cake itself? Not so great.
