I am hoping I get to do my traditional Thanksgiving Dinner for one for the last time. The boss says he doesn't know if he's going to go upstate with his wife. That will mean I will be forced to spend time with him. Not cool.

Then I usually leave the room. Sometimes the apartment.

I am only looking at this recipe, people. I've never made anything with a sweet potato, and have no idea how many to substitute for 2 tall cans of them, and how much it'll change the finished dish.

I don't really have thanksgiving plans...with no in laws, my mom goes by a friend's and my dad in FL, I'm kinda nomad. I'm thinking of maybe going to see a show that night. I could always go by my dad's family but I dunno

In defense of canned sweet potatoes, my mom makes a killer squash casserole that calls for the canned stuff, and it comes out amazing...crushed Nilla wafers and butter on top...*dies*.

However, the fresh stuff is always the best.

Hi Kids! Happy Friday.

Just returned from The Addams Family with Bebe, Nathan, Terrence Mann and a funny score and words by Lippa. Very funny and a great surprise. Nathan is Nathan with a bad accent and Bebe sings like a goat, but otherwise hilarious, set and effects are excellent. I nearly peed during Kevin Chamberlin's solo!

My friend and I on the car ride home blamed it on all of those years doing Chicago! It is not a pretty sound, but she is very funny and gorgeous, but cut the scene with her legs and but cheeks, no thank you!

I found out a cousin's husband was killed yesterday while working in Alaska. Not exactly sure what happened. Some kind of accident with him getting between a pipe and a truck or something.
