For the record - if we were really wealthy, as opposed to just 'comfortable', I'd hire someone specifically to make sure I had Thanksgiving style left-overs 365 days a year.

Yes - and I cooked it myself! Everything from scratch - even the bread for stuffing, etc.

But I need to pay someone if I want that on a consistent basis!

The crock pot is going well. Pie crusts are done. I'm making a mini pot pie first to check consistency before I go bananas. Not that I'm not already.

Oh, and I need people to feed. Soon. I cook to relieve stress, and since I'm under stress...I need to feed! Come one, come all!
