*not quite sure who to hug, who to hand a drink to, and who to hand the moist cleaning wipes to*
So, I will just do this:

Can Cheyenne uncover things?
Please.
Alright, East Coast. Nice try. But I picked up some boots and thermal socks today.
I'm coming, dammit.

My brother seemed surprised when the first thing I did at 10am was run and get two bottles of champagne to begin packing.
I have failed.
Hope all the snowbound peeps are staying safe and warm!
Q, are you going away??

Girly - I'm helping my brother pack. Things are going into storage, and he's got 2-3 months leeway to determine a future course of action. He's trying to run away because our mother is moving to California to be near the two children she has that she can depend on as she enters 'the final lap'.
Let's just say that if Shira thinks she has it rough with me now, she wouldn't last two seconds in my brother's shoes.
Reality demands attention - and I can be . . . well, VERY demanding.
Shira played the role of Florence Nightingale today to provide me with some assistance for my back. Bad Zander - jumping on my stomach in the middle of the night = oowie oowie oowie.
Q, send Q's brother a happy holidays from me.

He really is the spawn of satan, isn't he?
And, of course, I mean Zander
I'll be pleased to pass on your regards - do you mind if it's accompanied by a smack upside his head? No worries if that's a problem - he's getting lots of them as it is!
Zander is terribly entertaining!
Send it from me with love.
He is the ADD Devil. So cute, but oy.
Shira was quite helpful today when she stopped by on her mercy mission.
Please. I picked up some mail, opened up presents, and YWIW hands me cookies and coffee. It's awesome.
I hope you're feeling better. I did visit with supplies!
Remember, those cookies are to S H A R E. And the coffee was virtual - but a little help to keep you warm back east. (And the presents were some silly one from my mom I had not opened yet.).
It is feeling a wee bit better.
I'm not opening them! One cookie would become 10 and then I'd be back to being round cookie shaped! (I have such willpower).
That's the plan! I hope your flight tomorrow is not too delayed.
Have a great evening tonight.
There's a bar at the movie theatre. I think I'll survive.
A bar at the movie theater? You might as well have the cookies, Shira!
We had a wonderful time tonight at Artisanal with Lane, Miss P, Cladwell and the kids, followed by a harrowing ride in a gypsy cab that I may laugh about in a decade or two but right now has me dreading the nightmares I know I'll be having. I'm glad I'm home.
Didn't have any drinks, but sure could've used 'em.
Glad you had fun tonight, Deet and Miss P.
Hopefully Miss P will have a wee package from me waiting for her when she gets home.
Sounds like a lovely time was had by all.
Shira, how was the movie?
The good parts were good, the not-so-good parts were just...not so good. Marion Cotillard is wonderful.
So, more of a rental then (once I get the new TV all hooked up).
