*wishes it was Friday*
Hi, friends.
Hey Addy! *hugs* Friday can't come quick enough!
Friday is looking more and more like a sick day. Argh.
tomorrow is looking more like a sick day
Tomorrow I'm taking my class to see "The Wizard of Oz" 3D.
But I have to go to a department meeting first.
The Sayreville Historical Society posted a pic of the class of 1944, starting their senior year (60 years this coming June). Lo and behold, who's in the back row...MY DADDY!!!!
I'm pretty sure I have that picture somewhere.

I have to slip out to buy hubby a birthday gift today. I'm waaaay early this year. I usually don't buy one until the actual day - which would be tomorrow.

It's the thought that counts.
Get him tickets to a show.
Say, in NYC...
(you don't even have to run out for that errand - just fire up the internet!)
Happy Birthday Eve to him, Moony.
I am looking forward to a weekend in D'town - to celebrate fall birthdays. Dinner at one of my favorite restaurants in Lambertville.
Girly, that's really nice!!
Deet, let us know how it is!
Cake. Yum. My salad pales in comparison.
Moony, wish Mr. Moony a happy birthday from me...tomorrow...as you're wiping frosting from your lips.

Hardee-har-har.
I actually bought him two cakes - both gluten-free. He's stuck in a meeting until 9:00pm tomorrow night. There's a dinner in the middle of the meeting, so I've arranged to have someone make sure the cakes get delivered at that time.
I bought him a watercolor he fell in love with at an art show a few weeks ago.
Went on Ancestry.com during my fifteen minute, okay, half hour break and found about two dozen of my father's Brit relatives. I'd hit a wall about a year ago. Yay, for the others finding my Beltons!

Last week I went on after a month-long absence. I found my great-grandmother's baptismal registry and her godparents' names proved a new link that unloaded a wealth of new connections. I finally signed off at 1:00am. I'm afraid to go back. It's a terrible addiction.
Let me guess, the godparents are my great great grandparents.
Moony is such a good wife. I love when people give me a gift that I really want. I can't wait for that million dollars.
Going to look at an apartment with my friend Bob after work tonight. So nice that I will have an apartment in the City to crash at when I need to. He's even going to buy an aero bed for me. I'm so lucky to have such good friends.
Uhm, Boobs, you've always had a place to crash... just sayin'
SOMMS, I'll mention that to him.
True my sweet Deet, but Bob will be closer to work during those stormy nights when I get stuck in the City. We're going to look at an apartment on 37th St. & 10th Ave. Only 7 blocks from one of my favorite restaurants in the City
Um, Boobs, make that two places you've always been able to crash in the city!
(ok, earlier this year, not so much, but...)
Moony, what a sweet gift. Will the watercolor be for his office, or will you enjoy it at home?
I love your ancestry.com adventures!
