My field trip was canceled. Student's balked at paying $20.50, and I can't say that I blamed them. Too bad, though, 'cuz I waited until today to see it and now I'll probably miss it.

Just goading Girly on Facebook, thinking about organizing a Framily Pancake Party in Rutherford (thanks to Tink), trying to keep my utter disdain for the new production of THE GLASS MENAGERIE to myself and failing (although at least I'm keeping it out of the love fest on the main board.)
Oh, and writing.

Nothing much. Working, working and working. Hopefully tomorrow organizing my garage. Getting anxiety just thinking about it.
I was just talking to HC about Glass Menagerie. Loved reading the book in H.S. yet no desire to see the play.
Oh Framily pancake party sounds like fun! Be prepared to wait when you get there though...they're always so busy.

Oh yea and the people watching is lots of fun!
I thought I was going home tonight to relax for a change. Need to watch last night's episode of GLEE. Then I realized I have dinner plans with friends. As much as I'd rather be home we are trying a new restaurant that I'm excited about.

You are in luck - if we go after 1pm, they are rarely busy. Benefit of diners over IHOP. I have to go food shopping after work and I cannot confirm or deny that I may attempt this on my own.... stay tuned. (actually i just want any excuse to eat oreos)

Well, today's the day. This afternoon the Mighty Hawks do battle in the AFL Grand Final. I snagged a ticket and come rain, hail or shine, I will be yelling my little heart out. You will be able to gauge the success or otherwise of the day by the dance steps I employ this evening.

Morning peeps! Where did the weekend go? Friday's dinner was delicious, but the place is pricey. My friend had a steak (special) that seemed it came from Bedrock. Hung over the plate. He didn't realize until the bill came that it was $75. It was first time we didn't split the bill LOL
Saturday spent the day ( 10 am - 9 pm)cleaning my garage. Glad that HC purchased gloves for us to wear. I never saw so much mice crap in my life! So many thigs were just thrown away. My favorite part of the day was opening a bag to find a dead mouse. Yes, I screamed like a little girl and threw the bag into my neighbor's driveway.
Yesterday, after church we spent the afternoon bagging all the garbage. It's amazing how much stuff my little garage can hold. Now time for a yard sale. At least we organized all the yard sale stuff into bins and close to the outside door. Hopefully we'll have another nice Saturday in the near future.
