Back in from the fire drill. Who the hell are these people? Seriously, I don't know any of them. The new id photo didn't turn out too bad. She managed to keep it down to one chin for me. I've eaten too many of those treats, boobsie. Deadly!

I actually weight .6 less than my driver's license weght.
Not after you eat these.
Chocolate Chip/Reese's/Brownie Cookie:
Preheat oven to 350, smoosh 1.5 squares of break-apart refrigerated cookie dough into the bottom of a muffin tin. Place Reese's cup (full size, not mini's) upside down on top of cookie dough. Top with prepared box brownie mix, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 18 minutes.
Yes, smoosh is a proper baking term.

WOW, C15 got a barrel of Garret's popcorn - cheese and caramel! Have not touched it!
I just had a half. Thanks HC for putting in my lunch!
Never let a postal employee take your photo. Talk about Bride of Frankenstein. My next to last passport photo was taken by a photographer friend. I actually looked human. Then, the passport expired. How dare the authorities demand a new photo! I try not to think of the current one. It makes me want to travel less.
Brd, this Melbourne production of Daisy has Angela Lansbury and James Earl Jones. Looking forward to it.
Morning peeps! Hopefully Thursday will be a fast and painless day.

Not when you wake up thinking it's Friday. Sigh.
Heya. This week can't end soon enough. I was just reading some more about the little 6 year that got shot by the 4 year old, and I saw that his funeral is at the same church I went to on Saturday for the wedding.
And it seems I'm going to a tricky tray tomorrow night, too.

That was a pretty church, Girly.
You peeps are so good for enlightenment. I had never heard of this tricky tray business before I met you. I've never heard of it down here.
Morning all.
Yikes! Those chocolate-Reese's-brownie thingys sound, well, dangerous on so many levels. Can't wait to make 'em.
Yay Thursday.
Add me to the "tricky tray" clueless club.
Happy Thursday Adults.
You buy/win/steal tickets. You then put the tickets in a bag/container in front of an item. They draw a ticket at the end and that person wins the item.
Thief! I don't steal tickets. *adjusts halo*
And then there are "specials". Different tickets for higher priced items, (iPad, flat screens, etc.).
I think we had this discussion a couple years ago when I was going to one.

Yes. They are mostly illegal here in PA (considered a form of gambling)
I didn't think so. I just went to the trickytray.com site, and it says:
Since Its Start Date, TrickyTray.com Has Posted Tricky Trays For The Following States: New Jersey, NJ - New York, NY - Pennsylvania, PA - Georgia, GA - Connecticut, CT
Maryland, MD - Ohio, OH - Nevada, NV - California, CA - Florida, FL - Utah, UT - North Carolina, NC
But Welcomes Every State In The USA!
Now, that's only some that advertise them that way. Just because a state isn't listed, doesn't mean they don't have them.

Definitely illegal in the state of PA, but the law is rarely enforced because most are for charity.
That's a good thing, since my cousin is the Principal at a Catholic school in Bethlehem and they just had a two dayer back in March!!

I'm glad the Tricky Tray this year is at a restaurant and not the fire house like last year. They better have good prizes. I didn't win anything last year, but HC won a couple.
Thieving Catholics!

Never heard of a tricky tray until yesterday!
Hep - sound awesome!
Yet another fight with the old man lawyer here! Arghhhh......
Never heard of tricky tray...and I still don't get it.
I live an insular life in Manhattan. Very little communication with people on the outside.
