And I'm sure YWiW is smart enough not to take Shira up on that offer.

Following Amber's lead, I've cut out all soda, diet or otherwise.
Combined with these (expletive deleted) salads I've been having for lunch I've now lost 10 lbs. 250 to go...

Congrats, Deet!
Good job, you guys. I'm so proud. Truly.
YWIW, I think you'd kill me if we went shopping. Truly.

BTW, to break my own (at least according to Shira
) rule about food preparation talk, I made Gazpacho last night. I've now added Band-Aids to the list of important kitchen tools.

Or dull cooks.
Luckily I didn't do much damage, just a slight cut to the skin (like a paper cut) but I did slice into the nail on my thumb. Had to file it all way down.
ETA: Moony, there was no blood at all. Maybe I really am heartless.

I prefer to use tools that cut and my hands are protected....like a food processor.

Posted: 8/19/10 at 2:21pmI do too, Boobs, but we lost the dicing disk on the food processor so I had to chop by hand. I could use a sous chef.

Yeah, that's a match made in the hell section of Hades.
