Just met my semi-douchey future father-in-law. (He walked out on the Swede and her brother when she was just 3 and married another woman with similarly aged children. She doesn't even consider him her family.) He and his wife were trying a little too hard. They were both VERY VERY VERY happy for us. "So, when is the big parade in Stockholm?" We both stared at him blankly, knowing fully well what he meant. "You know. Gay pride parade!" When we said it wasn't really our kind of thing and we weren't going to go, his wife said, "Well, you have to try it!" lol Thanks, home wrecker!
