hahaha, that's so funny because Buzz just put on my eye face mask thingy (it was sitting on the table) and sung "I am the phantom of the opera" (all to make me laugh - he's needs to rack up a lot of points from yesterday's events), and i was showing him the icing-less cupcakes.

My son called me on my cell phone today to tell me "the good news!"

Here it is:

"Starina found my Drowsy Chaperone hat!" (It's been missing for for over 3 months.)

That kid lobbied me every time we saw DROWSY after that. "I NEED a new hat!" (I would then launch into a lesson about "need" and "want.") One time he even tried to get the guy who sells the hats at the theatre to give him one. "I lost my hat, so can I have another one?" (Both "the guy" and I explained that it doesn't work that way.)

Maybe tonight Shira's necklace will turn up, too!
