SO I found out I have a compression fracture on my L1 vertebrae - not recent, so it could be the cause of the lower back issues.

Made breaded chicken breast fried in a little olive oil, wild rice and baked acorn squash with brown sugar and butter. Now I am too full but it was tasty.

I'll teach you how to spin a frisbee.

It's totally thrilling! Little Sir turned to me and said, "You mean everyone is going to see us?" with a huge, ear-to-ear smile stretching across his face.

Starina had was literally jumping up and down with a palm on each cheek, yelling, "Oh my god!!! Oh my god!!!"

It was so sweet to see them simply overjoyed!

I meant the memorabilia. Sorry. I'm totally confuddled today.

And I know exactly who Gracie Allen is. I had a tape of her a George Burns I used play on the tape deck when I was little.
