Productive day today. I stopped at K-Mart cause I'm looking for these shallow planter bowls and they supposedly had them. If they did, they were out. Since I was there, I went to pick up another bag of potting mix and when I was trying to pull it off the shelf, it hit a glass vase which fell to the floor and shattered. Luckily it was on the low shelf, so the glass was contained to a small area. I was wearing sandals and some glass jumped up on my foot, but I didn't get cut.
Then I stopped at two nurseries looking for these stupid bowl things, but they didn't have them. At the third nursery, I finally bought my flowers. Came home and planted the two window boxes and the two urns for the top of the front steps.
Still have a bit more planting to do, but I need a drill before I can proceed. I own a hammer and screwdrivers. That's the extent of my tools.
