Haha, well, it kinda is! All of my family vacations revolve around places to use a boat.

Seattle - July 11th

You know, the time I spent in Seattle (September through February) is famous for having NO sun, which really did drag me down a bit.

BUT, at night, with the low lying cloud structure, the city sparkled green (literally!) under a pinkish lavender sky. It's quite possibly one of the prettiest and gayest things I've ever seen - I felt right at home!

And Moony, what fun would it be if they were warned?!?

Mamie - I'd rather go this weekend rather than fight the crowds and the heat (90) on the Fourth. Not all that jazzed about this year's featured cultures - except the VA one. That should be interesting. I'm doing the Museum of American Art on the Fourth. Gotta love the AC.
