And, it was a nice party - I don't quite think Shira believed me when I said "line dancing, ping pong, bubbles and people singing in the back yard."

Good morning, my friends. I am drinking my lovely Italian Roast coffee in the hope that it will JOLT me into consciousness so I can go to work and feign productivity.

It's rather gloomy and RAINING here right now. So it still kinda feels like I'm on vacation...of course, they won't look at it that way at work.

I hope everyone has a fab day. Do it for me (since I know MINE won't be.)

morning folks. people here went nuts with the fireworks. the whole town has a smoky haze this morning. and i stayed up way too late. but i'm up anyway. good luck at feigning productivity miss p. just don't fall asleep at your desk and you should be good :)

btw harris, the cows forgot maggie and tasha my doggies but i am not real sad. the squeeky toys drive me nuts. because they are usually found in the hands of my 3 year old.

It wasn't quiet around me. There were fireworks (and firecrackers) going off all around me - and a LOT of them to boot! They continued to a little past 11:00 PM. WAY past my bedtime.
