They are not budging on the price.
I need to go look again and see if they will throw in some stuff with the selling price to make this OK for me. They are including the washer and dryer already and the fridge.
There are some bookcases and other things that I would have to buy if I moved in, and since they are moving to Pennsylvania, they might be willing to include them.
It is a lot of money. I have tons of equity in my condo, but $625 still is a lot.
I should know later today.

Thanks Tink, me too.
My mom just came in and looked at me and said "Did we really do this?" - because I look EXACTLY like I did. No pain, no difference no nada.
But in 3 months, watch out.
