Maybe instead of our BWW picnic we should have a game night?

Awww, Kansas, very sweet. Thank you!
Game night is a great idea. Tell, Miss P, we're crashing her hotel room.

Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be enbered with your old nonsense. ~ Emerson

She usually gets a suite, so we should fit. And if we're playing Twister, we'll use less space anyway.

I'll have to dig this one up, but it is called "encore" you have to sing the next line to a song. This is a lot more fun with a few rounds in you.

I have Encore and love it, but I'm not singing even 8 words in front of you people!

hi shamey. Life is just busy as usual. Between hubby, kids, school & Murphy's Law, my life is a zoo.

I second Shamey's sentiment for myself - and so will all of you.
But it'll be a great, fun weekend, no matter WHAT we do. We still need to reserve MP's suite, though.

Yeah, but would you know what to do with yourself if you weren't busy, Polly?
Someone should call MP in Paris or wherever and tell her to make that reservation.

Actually, Moony, brunch at Marseilles is better
You know, I just tried to imagine all of us in the same place at the same time - even including some absent key players - and I think I have to lie down now!

DG - you HAVE to come with us this year. There were 14 of us at brunch last year - even the absent ones were there. Incredible fun! It was the best of times......

Then get it on your calendar! The flea market is always interesting to walk through, but I never buy anything and I'm not crazy about the crush of the crowds. It's always nice to run into other BWWers, though.

Maybe we can get a whole room?
I'm with Shamey on the singing though. I will lip-sinc to Debbie Reynolds records though.

This is September 23rd?
You know, the TinMan and I had seriously discussed a short trip back in October - maybe we need to rethink our timing!

You do, sweets, you DO!
It's the weekend to be in the theater district and you'll never find as many BWWers together at one as you will then. It's like our homecoming!

The TinMan has agreed that he would actually LIKE to see MARY POPPINS (due in no small part to a certain pink booster!) - and I could see it again easily.
I'll definitely look into it.

I already have my hotel reservations made for that weekend. I'm probably going to have to hitchhike to get there, but whatever works.....
