Popping in to say hello to the Adults!
Escrow closed yesterday, and I found some great tenants for my condo - now it is time for all of the real work!
It is amazing how many boxes of crap you accumulate over 15 years in one place.

Thanks DG - I am actually about 70% boxed up.
I am meeting with the contractor this morning to figure out whether the floors can be cleaned, or have to be stripped and resurfaced. The prior owner actually patched and painted some of the holes, so other than the floors, it is in better shape than I thought.
This is all so weird!

You never really sleep as well anywhere as you do in your bed. Plus, I was always on the run in NYC. The downpouring didn't help either. I was drenched on Thursday. I mean, I was literally wringing out my jeans...while I was wearing them!
