DD, I almost have every form of Dash there is. The Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy, is quite good.
But, there's still a lot of chopping of vegetables and herb going on to make up for the lack of salt.

I would do that. Actually, why am I not doing that?
When I get settled into my dorm and stuff I might actually start doing that or ordering Nutri-System. But, I have a feeling the latter is uber-expensive.
