Posted: 7/17/07 at 6:25pmMy current diet doesn't say to get rid of sodium. Just actual salt and most substitutes. There are no limits on natural sodium.
I have NEVER met Cheyenne Jackson. I have never hung out with him in his dressing room, he did not tweet me, he never bought me a beverage, and he mostly certainly didn't tickle me. . .that is all.

Awww. But, yeah. I make most of my own foods(just so I don't have to spend hours in the grocery store shopping for the RIGHT canned food). With the exception of Tomato Puree. Most brands don't add salt to that.
But, the diet is working wonderfully. It's well worth it's nuances.

I'm 'on-the-mend', with just a little bit of concern about lingering problems with my hands. I've got a little bit of the light-steroid gel left, which I'm going to use tonight. If it doesn't provide me peace-of-mind in the morning, then I'm getting the doctor to go ahead and prescribe the full-steroid pill, which he says will knock it out immediately.
Best of all, I'm NOT itching - which was SERIOUSLY about to make me lose my mind (at least what little I have left!)
