Here are some mini-workouts you can do at your desk:
Bicep Press:
Place your hands palm-up on the bottom of your desk and press for twenty seconds, then release. Repeat
Ab Tone:
Sit up straight so that your back isn't touching your chair. Breathe in, then when you breathe out, tighten your abs. repeat
Ab lean:
Sit on the edge of your chair and lean back so that your back is almost (but isn't) touching the back of your chair. Hold for twenty seconds, repeat.
Leg tone:
Place a book between your knees and squeeze for twenty seconds, repeat.

Posted: 9/10/05 at 6:25pmI'm an exerciser too, RoseActress. I run three miles every day on my eliptical and I trimmed down quite a bit. All it took for me was to not fit into my favorite pants and I hopped right on that machine.

I love excercise, but I'm cooped up all day and can't do anything. So I do this and work out when I get home.
