Oh man - the sausage and eggs looks fantastic! I leave for work too early to eat breakfast and all we have around here are carb shops (Panera, etc). Sometimes I get a bacon and egg breakfast craving and there's absolutely no place to get it! (OK - there is a McD's across the street but Egg McMuffin's just aren't the same thing.)

btw all - did you see what I posted about Erika's DVD? It's really cute. There are problems of course - the two characters who are supposed to be brothers could NEVER happen. The one playing the bad brother has dialog that's way over the top. My biggest complaint is that we don't get to hear Erika sing enough. Still the story is cute and her character is a hoot. I posted a screen cap on the 'pink' thread.
