Just watch Stoli attempt and fail a triple twist - I have not heard that much hissing from him in a very long time - tried to jump on the dining room table, misjudged, and then twist - twist - twist.
He righted himself by the time I got to him, but he was pissed, and a little scared (and if possible, embarassed).
Time to bring out the salmon treats - he needs some cheering up!

They have both been odd today. I turned the heat on and Zorra freaked out as though she had seen a Doberman.
Stoli seems OK, he is back on the bed holding court - but it was pretty freaky.
Hey Tink and Hep. Happy Holidays!

That is what I get to look forward to each day, lol. She actually will reach her neck all the way down and try to take the food out of my mouth.

I suppose it was the bruised ego once he realized that he had an audience.
Happy Holidays to you, YWIW!
Tink, how's the headache.

Posted: 11/25/07 at 7:29pmYWIW, thanks for the links to the other BWW camera threads. I found one of them the other night, but didn't see the others. Skimmed through them real quick just now, but the point about the differences in the Optical Zoom vs. Digital Zoom from Craig is something I wondered about. I need a good zoom. I'm really tired right now, so I'll have go back to them tomorrow and really read through.

Girly, You are more than welcome.
Optical zoom actually uses the lens of the camera to get the zoom effect. Digital zoom is a function of digital cameras, and is not actually the lens doing the work, but the software. Focus on the optical zoom numbers when doing the research.

Tink, I think Stoli and your fur ball have lots in common - I try to eat and he literally begs for food - trying to grab my dinner with his paws!
All right, time to attack a few more boxes. Zorra has now come out of hiding so I guess the fear of the heater has subsided!

Tink - you have a headache too? Boo!
Heppy - I wish. I only have 50 pages left of this book for class, and then I write 3 pages on it. Due tomorrow, naturally.
The thing is, I've had the same reading glasses since high school. I think my eyes may have changed a bit.

Oh, fun times, Shira, fun times.
You really should attend to that prescription for your glasses. The headaches will only get worse if your eyesight has changed.

I plan on it this week, hep.
Tink - I do like that picture. It really shows who rules the house.

Can I just say that anyone who claims that holidays are the perfect 'family time' have their head up their ass?
That sounds cynical, doesn't it? I'm sorry.
