Moony, very funny about the "low-level gifts." Maybe I should go in the backyard and pick oiut a rock then attach an original poem to it for her. I bet she'd LOVE that! (She's still an American even if she is a Buddhist. There's no way she isn't going to want "stuff"!)

Moony, come to California with me. We'd have so much fun. We can go to the Castro and see "Christmas with the Crawfords." Cristina Crawford even shows up sometimes!
