nice.. but it doesn't change that as they get older they start to lose their spunk.. it's inevitable..

So, who doesn't?
Hey New Yawkers - When does the city start dressing up for the holidays? I know it's all done for the parade on Thanksgiving, but do they go much earlier than that? Store decorations, etc. (Probably not any of the Christmas trees until much closer to Christmas)

Posted: 10/16/07 at 3:16pmDo they have the big decorations - outside the stores - in early November? You know - the snowflakes on the front of Saks and the big Christmas bulbs and lights and the giant tin soldiers and all that stuff? I may be able to come up there for one day but I know I can't afford it after Thanksgiving. I'd really like to see the city during the holidays though.
