Shi Shi, that's the best time to GO. All kinds of things come up in the afternoon, but who's gonna ask you to do something at 5:00 in the morning. Plus it's all niceness on the metabolism.

As for the gym - Yeah, but I also swim and refuse to go through the whole day with wet hair. You might say I could just blow dry it, but...I don't really have that option, for those who have seen my hair.
