Pet peeve: when you click on a website, and realize it's the wrong one, but it won't let you back-tab out of it, so you have to click off completely and start the search all over. Hate that.
Am looking forward to pancakes tonight (not the ones in the picture!). Wish we had something festive planned at work. Just more deadlines...
Trying to figure out what to give up for Lent. Was thinking of Facebook, but I know I'd fail...

BTW a friend stopped by on Friday with a bottle of whipped cream vodka and ginger ale. They go down so easy. They remind me of a vanilla egg creme.

oh, Boobs, I had that a few weeks ago at the bar, and ugh!!!! lol Not my cup of tea. My new drink has been Sweet Tea vodka and ginger ale.
This day has been hell, but I have locked myself in my office all day with my door closed, that way I don't actually physically snap at someone. So please pass the Patron.

Tinky, I wil not buy Sweet Tea Vodka anymore...going forward I will make it myself. I hear all you need to do is soak a couple of tea bags in a bottle of vodka for a couple of days and voila! I like my Sweet Tea Vodka mixed with lemonade....perfect summer drink!

That's pretty much how you make any flavored vodka. Remember the big watermelon and vodka jar at Mont Blanc? Limoncella is just sliced lemons in vodka that ferment.

So...ok...100-calorie margaritas? YUCK. I forced myself (yes, forced) to finish one and then ordered a regular to wash away the bad memories. Icky, icky sweet and no kick. Just syruoy lime juice with a bad after taste. It's better to do an extra 45 minutes on the treadmill and have a real drink.
While we were sitting there, enjoying the comraderie (and the sliders) everyone's cellphones went off. Seems the school's president sent out an email announcing that our principal would not be returning - NOT her choice. Everyone is shocked and outraged. Did I mention I was sitting next to the principal when the email went out? She offered to pick up the tab, but we wouldn't let her. Paying for her food and drink was the least we could do.
