Nothing to be sorry about, dgg. You get to eat whatever olives and watermelon and pickles are served to me. (ok, you'll have to fight jS and Guido for the olives.)

I only want them if they're black. I'm really racist about my olives. But thank you! I'll remember that if we ever end up going to an olive/watermelon/pickle restaurant!

My bf (jS) loves olives ... it's surprising how many meals are served with or come with olives. He loves it!

There are a ton of kids in my family, and at family gatherings, we all put the olives on our fingers and eat them that way. It's a big family tradition. I've done it like that since I was tiny!
