Just sent the final payment for the vacation house for my birthday.
This is the first time I have been surprised by the bad service at my credit union. The woman had no idea how to do a simple bank transfer.

I don't think she was training, usually the let you know when they're training. I have always had excellent service at my bank, that's why I was so in shock with this woman today.

Why the hell can't people get me stuff before the end of the year if they want it done by the end of the year.
Raise your hand if you think a web site can be developed (including a contract for a vendor to develop the site), content approved by Marketing, Legal and Tax, within three weeks when I just got the first draft of the SOW THIS AFTERNOON!
It usually takes that long to get the damn contract negotiated.
And who the **** has a call at 7:00 tomorrow morning, requiring me to be in the executive offices by 6:45 am?
Don't people know this is the Holidays????
