Well I'm not sure "Christmas in Michigan" will make ME happy (for reasons you already know), but I KNOW that seeing YOU would!
I haven't even mentioned it to CBC yet because as soon as I say it, he's going to think it's "official" and then I'll never get out of it!!!

We're spending Christmas and New Years in Michigan this year . . .
That sounds like me and Big T. If I have an "idea" I make sure I really want to do it because if I say it, Big T will do it! Well, you are a good wife to think about your hubby's family or and of course me! Did you read my post about Rebekah getting a teaching job. We are all very happy about that. It will be hard for her to leave the babies but they need the income and it should be a good job.
Yes, I did read about Rebekkah. That's great news! Is the whole fam going to Philly for the wedding?
Michigan in December is NOT favorite place on earth, but with you, me and "Q" it may warm things up a bit!
Good evening all
Anyone got a towel?
KANSAS! So funny...I thought you said, "Anyone got a vowel"! I was thinking, "Is Kansas a Wheel of Fortune fan???" LOL!

I'm not someone who saves pictures - I think I might have maybe 100 of them from my entire life, all kept in a dark corner of the closet in a shoebox.
BUT, inspired by the mom's pic thread, I thought I'd see what I had. I ran across this one of my brother. Isn't he cute?
Thank God I have one member of my family I like!
Hi Kansas - Is it raining where you are?
Oh yes ,Miss P, I forgot that Q will also be in Michigan for Christmas. This could be quite an event.
No rain Mr Despatie just reminds how much I like Olympic diving.

And just because, this is me right before I turned 21. As you can see, the hair was already making a hasty retreat! Just a few months after this was taken, I joined the Air Force. They shaved what little I had off, and it never came back.
I've saved a fortune in shampoo

North - Mr. Despatie might actually make me reconsider my agnosticism.

Q, quite handsome. The chest hair is very 70s
Even brdlwyr--BWW's resident "heterosexual horndog"--finds you atrractive, Q! That's quite a compliment!

Harris!!!
Tonight, Starina styled her new 'do all by herself. She even applied mousse! She looks SO cuuuute!

brd - I know! Looking at that made me laugh, what with all the 'shaving' trend of recent history. I just can't imagine - it all seems like so much trouble! And frankly, I figure it's compensation for all the other hair I didn't get

MP, you do know that Starina has just left the starting gate! (Have you bought a proper hair iron, not cheap, but the girl's have used it hundreds of times.)
No, "HH," I have not yet bought her a hair iron. With any luck, she'll always want to have short hair and I'll just have to buy a lot of hair "product"!
Q - Bald is beautiful! My father did not have a full head of hair and I'm afraid that my one son inherited that gene from me also. Hair does not make the man as they say.
Miss P - Speaking of hair..thanks for the pics of the new haircut. She is indeed a cutie pie!!!

Well, this is how it ended up - beautiful or not, it is what it is!
I think you look better without hair. Seriously! It shows off your eyes and your smile so much more! (And that's saying a lot because you were damn cute WITH the hair!)
I spy, with my little eye, something beginning with Q.
Q - I love the lavender shirt and you look great in that color.

Did you retire at 40? I am really confused!
