Yeah, it was pretty scary. I feel horrible, but honestly, the guy had no business playing shortstop. He's a grown man and wanted to try it. He just proved what me and a few of the other more experienced players were saying, that we were totally out of our league and that it was dangerous to keep going.

We had ten inches of rain this weekend! No flooding in our basement, but many friends and neighbors. One friend on the Des Plaines River has TEN feet of water in his home.

The whole family was home on Sat and Sun, which is a rarity! I was the homework tyrant!
