Ah. An elegant late supper on a Sunday evening. How sophisticated, Shira. I'm kvelling.
Work with me, Shira.
Heya. Busy, fun weekend.
Relaxing and watching Yours, Mine and Ours. LOVE that movie!

The REAL one, Girly, or the fake remake?
Only the REAL one for me, Deet. Have never seen the fake, nor have a desire to.

Helen North: Sister, I, uh, I understand your legal problem, but you must try to understand mine. You see, I'm trying to bring two families together, and this is the first sign that I may be succeeding. So I really would appreciate it if you'd let Phillip sign his name Beardsley.
Sister Mary Alice: But legally, it's North.
Helen North: But it's more important that emotionally, it's Beardsley.
Sister Mary Alice: North.
Helen North: Beardsley.
Sister Mary Alice: North!
Helen North: Beardsley, Beardsley, Beardsley!
Phillip North: Watch out, Mom. You might get a black eye.
Shira, read my signature.
Get, now you're being logical. Need to throw that out the window.
I always loved shows/movies that had lots of kids in the family. Wanted to be a part of all that mayhem and madness.

Me too, Girly. When I was a kid in Florida my father worked with a guy who had 9 kids - they were distantly related to us but I forget how. Anyway, I LOVED going over to their house, it was always so much fun!
Used to love going to a couple relatives houses for parties. The most kids in any one family was 6 though. Add in the mix of the rest of us and I never wanted to leave!!

Most of them were older, in their teens at the time. But there were 3 of them around my age, and it was FUN! And their pool was bigger than ours - it was Olympic sized. The pool parties were epic!
Two of my girl cousins were born within the year following me, so the three of us were always plotting and getting into mischief. One had a younger brother who tagged along after us, and then there were times the three of us went and bugged my brother and one of my other cousins who was the same age as him. They HATED when we did that, so we used to do a lot.

Harris, you'll be happy to know that I did not have beef for dinner tonight. Last night either.
