Hi DD!!! I saw your terrific pictures from your vacation to Costa Rica. They were terrific! I know that you must have had an amazing time on your birthday trip.
I haven't seen too may concerts recently - just Matchbox 20 back in January. They were great! Audra McDonald will be here in late March - and I've got tickets to see her.
We are heading to Maui on the 6th of March for vacation. The humpback whales should be there at that time. It really is spectacular watching them breach the water. Mostly, we plan on RELAXING while there! :)

Posted: 2/26/08 at 4:33pmYes, it's really spectacular - and a bit mystical - seeing these huge, graceful creatures play in the Pacific. The humpbacks migrate from their feeding grounds off the coast of Alaska to the warmer waters of Hawaii in winter in order to procreate there. The water off the west coast of Maui (toward Lanai, Molokai and Kahoolawe) is pretty shallow (relatively speaking) and the whales love it there.

It's going. I went and spent some time with the pugs tonight. When I called my mother, I got agitated because my brother just takes advantage of her. I want to call and just rip him a new one, but I know it won't do a bit of difference. Ahh the joys of family.

I still kick myself every so often that I never got around to seeing Norbert and Sheri. 
ETA: I did see a pretty good production at The George St. Playhouse a year or so ago.
