Good morning! Snow expected here any moment now. Phones are ringing off the hook with parents ALREADY asking if we're letting school out early. For God's sake, people, the first flake hasn't even fallen yet. If you're THAT concerned about your daughter driving in snow, why did you let her drive to school when you KNEW it was going to snow? HMMMMMMMMMM?!?

And that ends my morning rant. How's everyone else?

Here's a question for you Miss Techie. Sometimes when I refresh BWW or open a thread, the fan on my laptop gets loud and speeds up. BWW just sits there thinking, and I wind up having to close the browser and open a new one. It's only doing this with BWW. Any ideas why?

There's a thread about just that issue Girly. It seems that all the blinky ads and vids slow up/screw up a lot of people's computers. This site constantly freezes or closes my computer here at work and is very, very slow at home.

Newest diversion: yestetrday I found a coop for sale in manhattan - UWS. Love it - although I'd break down a wall or two. Keep going back to the listing and staring at the photos.
