Good morning, Adults! I had a lot of fun wearing the crown Friday and over the weekend. Thanks to all who stopped by to say "Hello"! I am a little worn out from answering all the questions, though! :) I hope that Bongo has a good time when he gets on-line later.

Goodmorning all - Cloudy day here in Michigan but no rain yet. Miss Penny sorry to hear you had rain all the way back to DC yesterday. Hope you and Mamie enjoy Little Miss Sunshine. I want to see it again! We haven't started school yet. September 5th is the day but we have no contract yet and there seems to be some issues. Hopefully things will get cleared up soon. Today I have no water in the house because someone is putting in a new laundry tub in the basement. Think I need to leave and go somewhere because it's a little irritating to not have water.
Would really love to have one of those beignets and coffee from Cafe Dumonde.(Spelling?)

Sunny but much cooler today... only mid-70s. Getting wet and chilly tomorrow... 60s with rain. Summer's almost over in the NW.

looks like we're not gonna be getting any nice weather for awhile...according to the weather peoeple here....I never listen to them anyway...I look out my window and know if I should bring an umbrella with me or not..I open the front door and decide if I need a jacket...very simple really.

At this time of year, it's not that simple in the NW. You get up, you need a sweater. By noon, shorts and t-shirt... it could totally be overcast and drizzly in the afternoon.
