Beef!
I think the choices are chicken, pasta or some left over Indian.
Pasta with a chicken white sauce.
I'd go with the Indian. Sounds good.
I'm going out to Greek.

Me too! And he was soooo tall and broad. Oh well - congrats on the new home! Just in the nick too - I was about to e-mail the "While You Were Out" crew to see if they could come up with an interior design for a shopping cart.
I'd love to see what they could do to a tent!

Ooooohhh! Your own little Moroccan villa - I think that suits you actually. The villa - not the tent.
Me? A Moroccan villa? Hmm..idea... Can I have a harem of boys and girls?

Shira found a home?
*huge fangirl moment*
I just read that Hugh Panaro and Kendra Kassebaum are going to be in the 5th Avenue's "Company" this Fall. Which is awesome. And then as I read the article, I realized a good friend of mine (whom I truly love) is in the show also! I am so excited!!!

That's excellent, DD! So, your good friend should be able to get you backstage, and then you could REALLY have a fangirl moment
he he he
She usually does something for her birthday... last year I got to meet most of the cast of Sweeney Todd. (it falls at the same time as the show)

It's great that they get such established performers there.
Sort'a. I actually wish they'd do the effort and cast more from local talent. There is some very good talent in town, and they wind up leaving because the big theaters cast from out of town.
But it'll be cool to see them.

Valid point - it's a double-edged sword, I guess.
Yeah... they cast principals out of town and others locally.
Last year, Terrence Mann was in Sound of Music. I almost gave in, even though I can't stand the stage show.

We just saw him in something at South Coast Rep last year - he's doing a lot of regional work. I guess you have to go where you have to. There's just not enough sustainable work nationwide.
I think I saw that as a child/teen with Florence Henderson.
I remember complaining about not wanting to hear the "Wesonality" woman sing "Favorite Things."

YWIW - you saw FloHen as the Mother Superior? My mother saw her do Maria at Starlight in Kansas City sometime in the mid-sixties. She said it was one of the better things she's ever seen.
Noped - Edit that - I had the wrong song in my head ...
"Favorite Things."
