Sounds like a good idea, but if I go, it will definitely be after Labor Day. I just don't like going places during the summer months (too many people). The last time I went it was late September/early October, and it could not have been more perfect. I even found the address to the hotel I stayed in.

Goodmorning all - Just returned from another vet visit with the other two dogs. Animals are expensive! Just talked to my daughter who told me she met Marth Reeves at a garden party she went to last night. The party was a fund raiser for an opera company in Detroit. She said she was quite a character. It was a virtual downpour here in the area but they still sang and danced even though they were sinking into the ground. She asked me if I remembered Martha Reeves and of course that was my era, Martha and the Vandella's, Dancin' in the Street...I wish I could have been there.
