I've been praying for our electricity to go out all day, so they'd have to send us home. No such luck. We're down to sporadic lighting and of course the light over my desk is not one of the ones on, but the one at the vacant desk across from mine, is!! As if my eyes aren't bad enough. I've been an unhappy Girly all day today.

And I think businesses in Midtown East are mostly shutting down, as they may be deemed non-essential...
