I planned to get a lot done around the apartment today in addition to some reading, record a new podcast etc. I've only knocked one thing off of my list and I've eaten very poorly to boot. Oh well, tomorrow is a new day.

Just got back from Columbia Presbyterian, Had to rush my Dad over for an emergency angioplasty. Everything went well and hopefully he'll get out tomorrow but I am exhausted from the past couple of days.
