Happy Friday all - Thanks for the coffee and danish, Moony. Hope your experience at the airport is not too exasperating! I've been busy just being busy. My daughters and I are having a baby shower for baby Amelia and her mother this Sunday so went baby gift shopping yesterday. Such cute things to choose from that it was hard to make a decision. Today I HAVE to clean my bedroom...it's a disaster. Cleaning is not my favorite thing to do. I would much rather be on the computer catching up on BWW.

Good morning all.

I was just reading about the increased airport security all around Europe. It reminded me that our friend Miss P. is in France and is due back next week. (Unless that's changed - I haven't heard). I have a pretty good feeling that her plan to bring in lots of champagne has been dealt a mighty blow! Has anybody heard from her? It's been about a week and a half since I've received any emails.

Mamie - I thought I remembered reading somewhere (maybe in one of her posts) that she was returning possibly today. I also was thinking about her and the airport situation! I guess she will just have to ship the champagne. I know she's coming to Michigan in a little over one week.

Oh - it has been 4 weeks. I lost track of the time. I can't imagine that flying home right now will be the most pleasant thing in the world. At least they will be HOME by the end of it! I do think it will take more than a sausage-ruse to get champagne past the guards though!

I wonder if they would allow the Listerine breath strips or the spray stuff? (Both of which I love) Sounds like now you have to be at the airport 3 hours early. The flights RC normally takes leaves at 6:00 or 7:00 , which means which means leaving home as early as 1:00 in the morning. (YUCK!) if that is the case, he may be have to get a room near the airport.
