Glad you made it home ok, Mamie.
Will they exchange your tickets, Ms. P? I know it's the KC and they are not the friedliest, but you never know.
Ms. Kitt and Little Ms. Kitt are going this week sometime too.

Believe it or not, Mamie, it's cloudy and rainy here today - which sickeningly enough, is probably more dangerous here than others are facing (SoCal in the rain is like a demolition derby )
But I'm NOT complaining - at all!
Yeah, DG, stop bitching about the weather. That's OUR job!
The KC isn't "the friendliest"...boy is that an understatement! I offered the tix to Dottie, but he doesn't want to go out either, and he's practically around the block, so you have some idea of how badly it sucks out here!
That's too bad. I remember they are not the most accommodating theater... all the local theaters here gave either refunds or exchanges when we had the nasty weather in December and January.
Hello adults from stormy Michigan! I'm hoping for another snow day tomorrow. I really need it since I have not been feeling well since the nasty stomach flu that I had on Friday. Everytime I eat something the nauseaus feeling returns. Good way to diet however. Glad to hear you made it home, Mamie. My husband was actually flying home from Florida today and took an early flight to make it before the really bad weather hit. I was really glad to have him home since taking care of our menagerie of animals is not fun while not feeling well. Hopefully this really bad weather will pass before my trip to NY on Friday. Can't wait though. I really do want to stay in tonight but my soccer mom, daughter has a situation with another crazy soccer mom and I need to go spy on the suspect...you wouldn't believe it if I told you!!! Take care everyone.
*the cows give cocoa to all in bad weather*
they are very busy setting up the party thread, and they are so cute in their cupid wings
I gotta see that.
Oh - do you have a picture?!!!
they look like this?

I think this lot of cows could jump over the moon.
Hi DG! Will miss seeing you in NY this spring.
Yeh, I don't have to go to the soccer game because my daughter decided to forfeit it because of the weather. I can't believe that the sports arena would not cancel the games. My God, it's only kid's soccer. I just came back from my daughter's and almost got stuck in her driveway. We will definitely not have school tomorrow!!
Those are some very fancy cows Mamie and Harris
Baddy, It's going to be REALLY cold in NYC this weekend. Good thing you Michiganders know how to dress for the winter!
I know Miss P! I definitely need to pack my loooong underwear and add lots of layers.
Last weekend it was so cold in NYC that we just ordered food in and watched movies in our hotel room! But next weekend, we got shows to see, Baddy!!!
Thank goodness for subway systems and taxis. Don't think I will be doing a lot of strolling through Central Park! Speaking of shows.. that show Caldwell wants to see is also on TDF
It is? How cheap is it????
Just double checked and it is $25.
By the way did anyone notice that the girl that sang with Justin Timberlake at the Grammys was the Robyn who just got booted off American Idol. She's had sort of a crazy year!
I didn't even think of looking on TDF. I should have. I'm still not sure I want to go, but it's probably fabulous!
Well we just have to decide by sometime Friday so we have plenty of time.
What time do you get in (supposedly)?
