You get "sick." Most people can't interview on their lunch break.

You can also try and set up a couple of interviews in one day and take a vacation/personal day.

And Girly, I tried talking to him weeks ago. He doesn't listen to any of us.

You have to find the time. Either call in sick, take a vacation or personal day, and schedule interviews for those days.

Or schedule the interview for the afternoon, and get "food poisoning" at lunch.

Not that I would know anything about that.

I'll fix his wagon. I'll make up a resume for him and send it out. I don't need any personal info - it won't have any resemblence to the truth. But it'll be a resume designed to invite an interview.
