My first ACL ever! I enjoyed it a lot. I've read some reports where people who saw the original didn't care for the revival, but since I have nothing to compare it to.. Boobs even thought it was better the second time around. He saw it when it was early in previews, and he thought the cast seemed to have settled in somewhat since then.

I'm all packed, the movers are running late - aren't they always? Gives me time to down some coffee and dry cereal and catch up a bit around here though.

The show is over. It was a good experience, I think. Bonded with my ballet teacher big time, got to work with some cool fun peeps and made a new friend - someone who I went in being a bit intimidated by, but who, oddly enough, ended up gravitating to me. All that and a paycheck too!

Thanks, Tink! They're still late - they just called again.

Anyway, I've had a sober reminder this weekend - I think we all (at least I know I) just assumed that because Moony hadn't been around, she was very busy with work and life. I received an email from her yesterday detailing something very different - she's been quite ill. I feel horrible that I didn't check - that I only presumed - and didn't know anything until she reached out to me.

She's better now, but still quite weak. I've learned a lesson - never assume. If someone disappears, we need to make sure they're okay. That's what a community does.

Hope the movers finally showed up and the move went o.k., Rath. I've been here for 14 years, and I can't even imagine packing this place up. Just the thought makes me hunker down even more.

So sorry to hear about Moony. Glad to hear she's on the mend and hopefully will be back in tip top shape soon. *hugs to her*

I had no idea it was snowing until I talked to Boobs a little bit ago. I looked outside and everything is completely covered with a couple inches! I wonder when it started by me. I heard so many differing reports this weekend, that I really didn't think anything at all was going to happen.

I just went out to the car to get my snow brush/scrapper out for the morning. I hate when there's a lot of snow, you open the door and it all goes flying into the car. Even if I brush it off before opening the door, somehow the seat still gets wet. Could never figure that out.

I'm hoping for a delayed opening tomorrow. I refuse to drive in this with all the crazies that think they're invincible.
