My first job was a payroll technician (about a hundred years ago) and one of my last was chief of that office. In that entire time we ALWAYS were able to issue manual checks when somebody wasn't going to get paid through the regular system. Nobody was expected to go without pay on their regular pay day. I think you're working for a company with an extremely lazy finance officer!

Rath - the TinMan pops Tums like candy - and we're talking the extra strength kind. I would suggest, however, switching up the flavors once in awhile, just for a little variety.

Oh, and get a gun and a postal uniform.

I saw I missed a call on my cell a couple hours ago and just now listened to a message my LI friends left me. Seems Euan showed up at the Show Business documentary viewing tonight. GRRR!

Girly, it's a comedy called "Love, Sex, and the IRS." It's very funny. I'm stage managing. Tonight's rehearsal was interesting... our director had a family emergency, so I ran rehearsal.
