Your best bet (realtively speaking) is Quikbook.com or Hotels.com. Sometimes I get a great deal there (again, relatively).

Checking in to say hello - been busy getting ready to go on the next vacation - hopefully this one will be more relaxing!

Kansas - I stay at the Herald Square Hotel on 31st and Broadway. It is less than $100 for a single room if they have availability and it is very adequate. Who wants to spend their money on the hotel when there are so many other ways to spend $.

I thought [tos] was "cute" but the ending is a mess. CBC HATED it. DEEP HATE. Like "BAD MOOD HATE."

South Pacific was EXTRAORDINARY. XANADU keeps getting better every time I see it. (Whoopi is adorable. Cheyenne, well, do I really need to say ANYTHING?)

Also saw Beth in YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN. She was fabulous! Today, Starina sent me an email that said, "I want to see Young Frankenstein again."

It was a lovely weekend, for the most part.

Wow, looked at that hotel, baddy, and the cheapest room this weekend is $450. I did see a $99 single room for October. *ponders*

Speaking of hotels, my dad asked me to help him plan a surprise trip to NY for he and my mom for one night, including show tickets and all that jazz. I have no clue what to do.
