I am a corporate lawyer - right now I am on a conference call regarding a possible security breach incident. After that, I have some IT contracts to review and revise, and then a split dollar collateral assignment to review. Later, I have to investigate how community property laws affect ownership and policy changes for life insurance products.
Lots of paperwork. Lots of laws. Lots of typing.
